OUR MISSION:

## To love what we do with a beginner's mind.

When we love the things we do in life, we want to keep exploring. There is nothing too small or big to keep us in one place.

### To learn, we need 3 things:

- **Passion/Desire**
- **Focus**
- **Action**

### Where are you on your musical journey?

- **For beginners:**
Learn the fundamentals, build skill and coordination, confidence, discipline and joy through structured, encouraging lessons; understand rhythm, and start playing music!
- **For working musicians:**
Refine feel, time, dynamics, arrangement, performance confidence, and professional readiness.
- **For songwriters / artists:**
Developing your musical voice, prepare songs for performance or recording, and build a sustainable creative practice.

> Some students need direct instruction: technique, rhythm, coordination, reading, repertoire, groove, time, and musical vocabulary.Others need coaching: confidence, performance readiness, creative direction, accountability, practice structure, stage presence, and musical identity. Most people need some combination of both.
